The other side of student life

Essay’s going well, btw, and I’m just back from a great night out at Nando’s and then back at the college bar…

The following sign is not from my building, but from K Block:

  1. Tash says:

Dom, you have to own up to these things. Yum Nandos! Bet you had the cowards ‘Lemon and Herb’! Just got back from Carolyn’s – don’t worry you were awknowledged, good job! x

  2. Saoirse says:

Ew, Nandos. Now this is what happens when they don’t give you ovens or hobs…

  3. Red Dalek says:

Excuse me, we had ‘Medium’ like big boys and girls. (Might switch to ‘Lemon and Herb’ next time though… )

Saoirse: we have a George Foreman grill, just can’t be bothered to use it

  4. Saoirse says:

A grill is not an oven! You (well, not you, maybe) can cook cheese on toast and fishfingers in a grill. You can cook slow-cooked pork in an oven; you can cook merange and sponge cake in an oven; you can cook, if this has to appeal to you, pie in an oven.

And you can cook soup on a hob.

  5. Nathan Wong says:

    Heheh, that’s gross
I just came back from Caius! Walked past your room many times (I should have had me photographed next to your artistically stunning name plate thingy), but didn’t have the time to call this time; sorry . Perhaps I’ll see you later this term when I visit next

  6. Red Dalek says:

Ooh wow! Intruder in the building

Glad you enjoyed my beautiful sign see you around something!
