My room’s been completely cleared out by now, including the PC, which is why I’m composing this blog entry from the middle of the hall at the top of the stairs. Tasha finds it hilarious, since now she can look over my shoulder as I type.
Katie (the younger one) is going off to the Gordon Brown Centre tomorrow, following a rite of passage which continues with the Isle of White next year. She’s still awake – but probably only because I’ve got the radio on. In the middle of the hallway.
Using a wonderful ‘Grade Calculator’ our ICT teacher gave us, I’ve worked out that given my coursework grades, I only need 46% on the final paper to get an A* GCSE. Needless to say, it’s not at the top of my revision timetable.
Yes, it’s great having the computer there! Everytime I see it it looks so out of place and random! It’s just there when you go up the stairs!
When come back bring pie.
you know what ever happened to malores saying that the’de close down the gorden brown centre, or was it just an excuse to get us to write letters, hence not have to worry about teaching us anything.
p.s. a piece of advise to anyone venturing there, no matter what it says in the letters they give you, always bring trainers, needless to say there was an insadent, and trainers would have probably helped the experience.
oh yes as im god i’ll just tell anyone who went to the gorden brown centre, who are now in year 11 and went to malories malories, if anyone noticed that they had things stolen from there rooms i’ll tel you know who it is, -mathew winreb- the biggest thief there was, hopfuly he’s changed by now but still, keep your things exta secure when he’s around!!!!
Yeah, we were always fed that line too. I think it did close at one point but reopened… didn’t think my sister would be going 6 years later to be honest, but there you go.
My strongest memory is camping outside in a tent until it rained particularly heavily one day…! That and canoeing – you just knew someone would fall in and they did.
Pingu – it’s very irresponsible to talk about pie. You *know* children are eating too much as it is…
